Easy Air Fryer Yogurt Pudding
Steps
- 1
Add 200 g thick strained yogurt, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 room-temperature eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
- 2
Line a small round air-fryer-safe dish, then pour in the mixture.
- 3
Air fry at 150 C / 300 F for 20-25 minutes. If the top colors too quickly, lower the temperature to 140 C / 285 F halfway through.
- 4
The centre should be set with a slight wobble. Cool before lifting it from the dish and slicing.

Student tip
Use thick strained yogurt so the pudding sets properly, and let it cool before slicing. The 4-serving yield and prep time are practical estimates because the source does not state them.
